We do not sell or share this data with unrelated third parties. Communications are handled through established business channels and retained for as long as required by applicable trade and tax regulations.
Business Integrity & Ethics
Marktintel Sourcing® operates under UK law as a trading division of Marktintel Ltd. We conduct due diligence on all counterparties, maintain transparent commission structures, and disclose relevant affiliations. We do not engage in bribery, market manipulation, or sanctions-evasion activities. All team members are expected to adhere to these standards.
Compliance & Certifications
We work with certified producers and audited suppliers to provide ESG-compliant supply options — including RTRS, Bonsucro, Rainforest Alliance, ISCC and Non-GMO IP pathways. We support EUDR documentation requirements through our supplier network. Certification availability depends on product, season, and supplier; verification remains the responsibility of the issuing body.
Document Security & Confidentiality
Commercial documents — LOIs, ICPOs, KYC packages, and SPAs — are exchanged directly between the parties they concern. We do not publicly disclose past performance documents or supplier verification materials. Our document release policy ensures that sensitive records are shared only after proper procedural steps are completed by both sides.
